Edwin Dewees vs Antônio Rogério Nogueira

On July 19th, Antônio Rogério Nogueira, brother to UFC Heavyweight Champion, was scheduled to face Vernon White at the Affliction’s first event Banned.

MMAJUNKIE.COM broke the story on the 25th saying that White was pulled from the card after testing positive for a diuretic.

Its expected that Edwin Dewees will step in and replace Vernon White. Both out of the Lion’s Den there shouldn’t be much in the game plan for Nogueira. Edwin Dewees stands little chance at defeating Nogueira.
Bam Bam will face one of the top Brazillian Boxers in Minotoro, and I doubt his Submissions will have any effect on Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu since even Leben was able to submit Dewees.

Prediction: Edwin does bring a wealth of experience with him but with so many of his losses coming to strong punchers, Nogueira wins with a TKO victory.
