Season 8 of The Ultimate Fighter kicks off September 17th with coaches Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Frank Mir leading a group of light heavyweights and lightweights into battle for a UFC contract. I'm pretty happy that they brought back two weightclasses for this season. Stoked to see the new talent and can't wait to see the drama unfold as these men get couped up in a house with little to nothing to do for weeks. I catch episodes a week later than they appear on TV in the States but it's still always a great way to get in some MMA action midweek.
