What a monster fight card! Vitor is an undercard for crying out loud. That's insane. I see good things from Affliction in the future. I'm glad they are now organizing MMA events. I see UFC and Affliction as top event organizers as a high probability.
My only concern is who the next card would contain.
Dana has been doing this for a while and he understands not over-loading one card. These fighters need time in between fights and who else have they signed to fight until these guys are back.
With Donald Trump backing them, i know they will do big things but we will have to see where they go from here.
EliteXC is having that problem now that CBS wants to air another show in July. They shot their wad so to speak on the last show and have to put together a fight card people would actually want to tune in to see. I guess it's a good problem to have. They could sign Tito and get some ratings.
Wow...I didnt know that. We were going to Destin, but moves the reservations.
I dont know too much about the bars there, I hadnt considered that.
It will be worth it to watch it in my pajamas! Bring on the Affliction!
Does any one have any info about the format, and what it will be like? Will there be a cage? Who will the announcers be? Is Big John going to Ref ? since it is the same night as the UFC event do you think that the UFC or Affliction will get the other known refs like Herb and Mario and Dan?
Any one?

Why is Tito restricted? I thought his contract with the UFC was over?
Speaking of Tito, do you think we have seen the best of him, or do you think he can still ground and pound?
I think we have seen the best of Tito. I think he still has fight left but he seems to have lost his explosiveness and fighters seem to be able to defend his ground and pound more effectively.
I think a new organization will be good for him and hopefully bring out his best again. Once Jenna came into the picture she sucked the fighter out of him and is all about the business. Now it seems he cares more about his clothing line and other things than fighting. While I agree, you have to look out for yourself for the future....the reason you are making that money from Punishment is because you KICKED ASS.....now keep kicking ass and selling gear! Not that I ever purchased his stuff anyway, I certainly wouldn't now.
