As some of you may already know, High Intensity Interval Training isn't for the weak at heart.  I swear by it because even though I spend 2 hours in the gym 5 days a week I need that little extra "boost" to drop weight.  Right now I'm using the stair machine with 45 seconds of high intensity and 1 minute of lower intensity.  It's getting boring and not working as well as it has in the past.  I'm up for new ideas if you have any.

goddamnit...think of it this way, you sprint for 15 seconds...then jog slowly for 30 seconds, and keep repeating it, it's been proven by numerous studies to burn more calories then just regular steady paced cardio, and helps your metabolism to keep going strong a lot longer than normal because your body doesn't get used to a certain pace pretty much shocking the shit out of it

Check out the 300 workout.. http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/features/the-300-workout-can-you-handle-it

You can youtube it to see all the exercises. My buddy lost 30lbs over the past couple months using it.

You don't look like you have any weight to lose, what are you weighing in at now?

I hate cardio myself but I have started to train MMA (if you saw my post) and that is plenty. I work out 3 times a week but do mostly weights. I run a mile to warm up but it's a slow pace.

Damn, you look a lot smaller in your pic than 215. If you have more muscle just drop to 190-195 and see how you look.
