Check out BJ Penn’s training journal on his way to his fight vs. Georges St. Pierre in just under 90 days. He has been working on some grip strength, flexibility and strength training. I’m not sure if he does this much strength training in preparation for a fight but I bet he doesn’t want to be out muscled at 170 since he is used to fighting at 155.
