Rampage isn't as injured as everyone thought.  While we know he did take a beating on his left leg and knee, his trainer, Juanito Ibarra said this:  "After the fight he had a knot the size of a cantaloupe on his shin. I've never seen anything like it in all my years in the fight game. It was ugly. The next day it went down. Today, there's no bump at all. The doctor said he's fine. It's a deep bone bruise now."

Lyoto Machida made a few statements after Forrest Griffin's win over Rampage: In my opinion, Quinton defeated Forrest, but they give it to Forrest.
