In an event that many are complaining about, mmachump.com watched an event that had good stories both inside and outside the octagon.

We saw Melvin Guillard show great athleticism reminiscent of his first few fights in the UFC, and if his post fight interview with Rogan was accurate a fighter that we should see continue to grow and mature.

We saw a great fight that you can watch on UFC.com between Gurgel and Miller where in the 3rd round Miller snuck out a triangle choke to win.

Not to mention, Gonzaga, Both Griffins, Aurelio, and Jackson all had good showings. The only disappointment may have been Cote and Almeida but even that fight was technically sound and a great back and forth bout.

The winners should have gotten at $50,000 bonus for their fights with Submission of the Night (Miller) and Knockout of the Night (Guillard) getting and extra $10,000

Additionally, The Purses for Griffin and Jackson were both over $200,000 and Griffin got an extra $100,000 for his victory.
