The LA Times along with every MMA site is reporting that Quinton “Rampage” Jackson has been charged in his July 15th hit and run.
The Times is reporting:
Jackson is charged with one felony count of evading arrest while driving recklessly, one felony count of evading a peace officer and driving against traffic, three misdemeanor counts of hit-and-run with property damage, and one misdemeanor count of reckless driving.
He will be arraigned Thursday in Santa Ana. In convicted, he faces a maximum of three years in prison
The miscarrige that occured a week after Jackson sideswiped one of the victims must not be tied to his antics. This was of course the most dangerous and unknown of the possible charges.
I’m no lawyer but with the best lawyers Dana White can buy and the fact he is a celebrity going to court in California, he should be fighting again in no time.

As much as I love his FIGHTING antics, what he did was wrong and the government of California is very wrong if he doesn’t get indicted. Great fighter or not, you take responsibility for your actions and do your time.

Agreed. I like Rampage but it doesn’t set an example when you let celebs off the hook with a slap on the wrist.
